Connecting with fruitarians — Connecting with Fruitarians/rawVegans Hi, my name is Karin Lacy; I'm a Lightworker of the First Wave, presently living in the small town of Oakridge, Oregon. Over two years ago I came across Dr. Robert Morse, Naturopath in Florida. He has been a fruitarian since age 20. According to Dr, Morse, eating fruit is the way to perfect health. Inspired by his many youtube videos (there are about 550 by now), I started living on fruit right away - and I loved it. I had been playing with the idea of only fruit-eating for several years, but fruit is more expensive, and openly living as a fruitarian makes one even more of an outsider and weirdo. In the winter fruit is usually not ripe, mostly GMO, and overpriced.  So far, I made it through two winters here in Oregon. This last winter I added some corn chips as a snack to my diet, at times when I came home hungry and needed something to eat right away. Also, I quite often steamed veggies, which I got for free. However, I'm looking forward to the Californian cherry season; they are getting ready soon and I will savour them for about two to three months. My ultimate dream would be to live in a community of fruit eaters, in a tropical country where ripe, affordable fruits/berries/melons are always available.  Anyway. I'm just sending out a call to see whether there are any fruitarians to connect with in my area of Eugene, Oregon.

Ki Gong classes on You Tube — Ki-gong is a form of ancient Asian healing art. The main focus of this healing art is to combine the mind, the breath and the body. Ki Gong helps to achieve a healthy flow of energy around the body through the meridian channels, while strengthening the body and lungs. While we gather the energy into the lower body, we make the legs and lower body strong, while making the upper body flexible and light. The focus on the breath enables the body to restore a natural functioning of the respiratory system, which really helps the practitioner to experience the true power of Ki Gong. So when you practice the healing art of Kookhak Ki Gong, you will start to experience a healthy, strong and flexible body, together with a calm and focused mind.

Help growing food! Seeds, advice, tomato plants... — I'm offering my help as a grower! I've loved plants all my life and I grew up in the garden alongside my mom, where she grew most of the produce we ate. I believe nature is fantastically abundant, and there is no good reason for there not to be plenty of free healthy food for everyone. We just moved in but we will be starting a large Community Garden here. :) In the meantime, I'm offering growing advice, seeds, tomato plants, and even vermiculture advice/worms for starting a compost!

Healing from health issues, weight loss, disease prevention with Blood Type Diet — I go here to check which foods could bring health or could be potentially bad for me: https://dadamo.com/typebase4/typebase5/T5.pl I have not had a blood typing test to find out my blood type but through keeping a food diary and with trial and error, i believe i've had some success with this diet removing problematic lectins (problem foods) for blood type O+ alongside going organic. Lost about 4 inches from the waist line dropping from UK jeans waist size 34 to 30, and managed to get rid of a mysterious skin rash i've had off and on on my back bugging me for about two years. I didn’t have the major rash return for about six months and only seems to if i’m not strict with avoiding problem foods/chemicals. So this diet seems to be helpful, but after this time i am currently experimenting to see which UK brands of non-organic O+ blood type neutral and beneficial foods cause no reaction to me. Something i’m doing as i’ve been on an organic diet too for such a long time as i am testing for pesticide reactions also. Still suffering from some symptoms such as intermittent mood highs and lows with increased sensitivity to stress. This is possibly the withdrawals i'm getting from the detox and as my body heals and attempts to come back into a healthy balance, but i hope the free information provided here at the link helps you in anyway too. I suspect i could be O+ in part since my mother is also O+ blood type. And most people apparently have this blood group. If you find me sharing this information here about the blood type diet has helped you too in anyway, i would like to hear from you.
